Operations & Billing Coordinator (Remote Position)
Hiring: Operations & Billing Coordinator (Remote – Pakistan).
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to manage billing, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate directly with vendors.
This is NOT a basic data entry or admin role. This position requires someone who can think, follow through, communicate professionally, and take full ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Role Overview:You will be responsible for reviewing invoices, identifying discrepancies, communicating with vendors, and ensuring all financial and operational items are completed accurately and on time.
You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in keeping operations organized and controlled across multiple business locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review incoming invoices for accuracy before entry.
- Identify discrepancies, unusual charges, or billing inconsistencies.
- Contact vendors to investigate and resolve billing issues.
- Enter verified and approved bills into QuickBooks.
- Track all open items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Follow up consistently until issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, approvals, and communications.
- Flag anything unusual or outside expected ranges for review.
- Assist with reporting and operational tracking as needed.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is required.
- Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with vendors and partners.
- Must be able to write clear, professional emails without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable making calls and handling vendor conversations.
- Ability to identify problems and ask the right questions.
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
