Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

• Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Follow established procedures for handling returns, refunds, and complaints.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
