About the Role: As a Senior Field Sales Manager, you will elevate your role in driving our business success by representing our products and services with deeper customer understanding. You will have more autonomy in setting and negotiating terms and take a proactive approach to meeting sales targets within your designated territory. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs. • Engage in moderate negotiations to close sales successfully. • Manage and prioritize sales activities within the assigned territory. • Conduct compelling product/service demonstrations tailored to customer needs. • Identify and qualify potential sales leads. • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure continued growth. • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management. • Analyze and anticipate customer requirements for tailored solutions. • Participate in and possibly lead training sessions for less experienced sales staff. • Collect and utilize market intelligence to improve sales approaches. Skills: • Sales Acumen: Strong knowledge of sales processes and strategies. • Customer Relationships: Ability to build and sustain client relationships. • Negotiation: Enhanced skills in negotiating terms and closing deals. • Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback. • Technical Tools: Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking software. • Product Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services. • Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver convincing and informative product demonstrations.
