Responsibilities:

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, delivery times, and service-related questions, showcasing your expertise in our food delivery services.
• Effectively resolving customer complaints and providing timely solutions, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
