Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer care team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and participating in billing process optimization. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Participate in billing process optimization to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Provide training and coaching to customer care team members
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care

Requirements

* First-hand experience in the energy sector or in billing is highly desirable

  • Clear and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in handling MS Office, with experience with Wilken an advantage
  • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Experience in customer service or in a comparable position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
