Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences
