Key Responsibilities
As an SAP Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare data. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter, verify, and manage critical healthcare data within our SAP system, including patient records, inventory, and billing information.
- Data Quality and Audits: Maintain data accuracy and quality by performing regular audits and ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards.
- Data Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with healthcare teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure seamless data flow.
- Data Reporting and Analysis: Support data reporting and analysis efforts as needed, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Experience in Data Entry: A minimum of 4 years of experience in data entry, preferably within the healthcare or SAP systems.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry and management.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued:
- Knowledge of Healthcare Data and Compliance Standards: Familiarity with healthcare data and compliance standards, including HIPAA and ICD-10.
- SAP Certification or Relevant Experience: SAP certification or relevant experience, with a strong understanding of SAP software and its applications in healthcare.
Job Type and Schedule
This is a contract position, with a schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, with a stable and secure internet connection.

Experience and Skills

- Data Entry Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in data entry, preferably within the healthcare or SAP systems.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience: 1 year of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
