Job Title:

Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Location:

Remote (Utah Residents Only)

Compensation:

$16.00/hour, weekly pay, plus benefits

Equipment Provided:

High-speed internet, modem, and necessary software

Start Date:

July 2025

Schedule/Shift:

Monday through Saturday, 8a-10p EST, with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 8a-10p EST and be available to work Saturdays

What You'll Do

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accepting and managing high-volume inbound calls
  • Conducting outbound calls, as needed
  • Providing accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
  • Following up with callers to ensure a seamless experience
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for callers
  • Following a call script and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Assisting callers with information and status of their applications
  • Multitasking between several internal system programs

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of recent experience in a call center environment (no exceptions)
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
  • Adherence to all company required KPIs
  • A quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
