Role Description

As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for entering prescriptions into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems, ensuring accuracy and speed. You'll also provide exceptional community and resident support via telephone and email, answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting our company philosophy. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under deadlines will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Interpreting and entering prescription orders with accuracy and speed

• Profile-only data entry to ensure seamless medication management
• Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service to our partners and their teams
• Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally
• Investigating and resolving community and/or resident issues in a timely and professional manner
• Adjudicating insurance claims to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement
• Leading by example, exhibiting our CORE Values and adhering to our Behavior Standards
• Encouraging teamwork and promoting our company philosophy
• Attending required company meetings and staying up-to-date on industry developments
• Completing all required courses in adherence with our PRS compliance system
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees and residents

Requirements

* Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
• FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
• Timely and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others
• Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Able to multi-task and work under deadlines
• Motivated, punctual, and reliable team member
