Job Summary

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve post-order issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, resolving post-order issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet customer needs

  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions, working efficiently and effectively to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level metrics, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
