Responsibilities

As a seasonal part-time customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customers' concerns or questions relating to orders, accounts, or products in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with navigating arenaflex websites and digital resources, including our online store and educational platforms
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, using empathy and patience to resolve customer issues
  • Entering various types of data accurately and efficiently into multiple web-based applications, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Communicating information clearly and professionally to customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient computer skills, including website navigation and usage, Microsoft Office, and email
  • The ability to multi-task and utilize multiple systems at a time, including our CRM system and other web-based applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong data entry and phone skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into multiple systems
  • The ability to learn new skills quickly and retain information learned, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • A good attendance and performance record, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • The ability to work flexible hours as needed during peak times, including evenings and weekends
  • A desire to be a team player, with a willingness to collaborate with coworkers to achieve shared goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, including our online store and educational platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems and other web-based applications, including data entry and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or education
