Experienced Customer Care Specialist – Remote Workforce Management

What You'll Be Doing...
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide informed solutions to customers
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including high-speed internet (40mbps or faster)
- Reside within the state of North Carolina
