We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Operations team in delivering millions of packages and smiles to our customers every day. As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You'll work closely with our hourly workforce, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce: You'll lead by example, providing guidance, and encouragement to our hourly workforce to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll work closely with our support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and to the right location.
- Collaborate with support teams: You'll work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
- Work in a fast-paced environment: You'll work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and you'll be required to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
- Physical demands: You'll be required to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Work in variable temperatures and weather: You'll work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather, including outside loading departments.
- Continuously climb and descend stairs: You'll be required to continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs).
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
