Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
  • Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents or other data sets.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy files as needed.
  • Performing regular data quality checks to ensure integrity of information.
  • Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance projects as assigned.

  • Following company procedures and guidelines for data entry and recordkeeping.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
