The Role

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers from top brands
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
• Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Your Qualifications

We're looking for a talented individual who:

• Is fluent in Dutch
• Has proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Has a good level of English
• Has strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
• Has strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
• Has strong written skills
• Has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Has a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on the company's success
