Job description: Summary
We are adding dynamic, caring, mission-minded coaches to our after school and year round program. This position is Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m during the JCPS school year and when JCPS is out this position can become a full day position. We can be flexible about the shifts available to work.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help children in Louisville learn and grow through play as well as help them in their educational and personal development. City Schoolhouse year round camps and after-school programs offer a positive environment where kids in elementary school can have fun while they learn and grow through play and we expect you to play and laugh along with them They will have homework help time as well as opportunities to expand their learning through tutoring, library time, and dig into STEM projects in our Innovation Room.
We are looking for outstanding Christian role models to come and help us create a great place for K ? 5th graders to grow and learn.

- You will pick up student by foot (next door) and bring them to City Schoolhouse. There they will start their afternoon with a snack, then physical fitness and free gym time, then to homework help / STEM/ library time. You will be there to encourage and supervise the children during these activities.
- Ensure safe pick up procedures are followed
- Create a clean and tidy place of beauty where learning can thrive, and people are inspired
- Ensure that all materials are respected, cleaned, and well maintained
- Secure all materials of value are locked away
- Daily sweeping, vacuuming, surfaces wiped down, bathrooms cleaned, and trash is taken out
- A Positive attitude
- Willingness to get paid to play and coach learners on and off the court.
- That you are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
