About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for gathering data from various sources, entering information into databases, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data. You will also be responsible for examining records for precision, modifying databases with new or amended information, conducting routine backups of data, accessing records and electronic documents, classifying and arranging physical records or notes, and preparing digital documents or files for printing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gathering data from various sources, including surveys, forms, or existing records

• Entering information into designated databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Examining records for precision, cross-referencing data entries with original documents or other reliable sources
• Modifying databases with new or amended information as required
• Conducting routine backups of data to guarantee preservation
• Accessing records and electronic documents from the database
• Classifying and arranging physical records or notes following data entry
• Preparing digital documents or files for printing
• Supplying team members with requested data or information

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with database management systems and software
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data entry software and systems

• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and software
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Certification in data entry or a related field
