We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist – Live Chat & Email to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist – Live Chat & Email, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs related to extended service plans
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting and servicing covered products
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service quality
  • Providing exceptional support to customers through live chat and email, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or tech support role preferred
