About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll join a team that's passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience with empathy and respect. You'll take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans, ensuring a seamless experience during the moments that matter. Whether assisting customers plan for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience during the moments that matter
  • Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements
  • Use multiple IT applications with attention to detail, switching between them as needed
  • Simplify complex matters while providing outstanding service
  • Remain calm under pressure, using problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and develop best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to simplify complex matters while providing outstanding service
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Experience working in a contact centre or similar environment
  • Knowledge of life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
