Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences over the phone, online chat, and email. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonuses, and commissions on product sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Work with customers over the phone, online chat, and email to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters growth, creativity, and fun

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email, and online chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and arenaflex products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary: $16.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonuses and commissions on product sales
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
