Experienced Full Stack Customer Service and Support Representative – Remote Opportunity

Position Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations
• Fielding and resolving customer issues and questions in a professional and courteous manner
• Performing inside sales duties as needed, including processing customer orders and scheduling product deliveries
• Utilizing consultative selling skills to establish, develop, and service new customer accounts
• Providing quotes to customers and processing customer orders
• Scheduling product deliveries and communicating delivery schedules to customers
• Ordering inventory for replenishment
• Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols
• Supporting the Supply Center Team in achieving overall business unit goals and objectives
• Accurately entering orders and following up on customer inquiries
• Executing additional direction given by Branch Manager to support business unit goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Ability to multi-task and make business decisions in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Composure under pressure and a results-driven attitude
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and listening skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
• Physical stamina to work in a warehouse environment and office space, including frequent standing, walking, bending, talking, and listening

Preferred Qualifications

* College degree preferred

• 2+ years' experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with customers
• Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook experience
• General knowledge of the building industry preferred but not required
