The Role

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 3 days per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays). As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, but you'll need to be comfortable with the demands of a remote environment and have excellent communication and time management skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience in customer service in different forms (phone, email, chat)
  • A deep understanding of the arenaflex product and service-first culture, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A strong sense of accountability for the consistency and overall experience of the product
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a high level of proactivity and respect for colleagues from diverse backgrounds
