Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for recording, analyzing, and reconciling financial transactions, as well as preparing and reviewing financial reports. Your duties will include:
- Conducting complex financial analysis and reconciliations
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports and statements
- Analyzing and resolving discrepancies in financial data
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues on financial matters
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks and opportunities
- Staying up-to-date with changing financial regulations and laws
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn and adapt to new financial systems and processes
- Experience with financial software and systems, such as Alteryx and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CFA
