Responsibilities:

As a Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our clients' customers
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression on our customers

Requirements:

* Must live in the United States and reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a reliable internet connection with a speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • Must have a working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • Must have a noise/distraction-free home office environment
  • Must have a desk and an ergonomic chair

Equipment and Internet Requirements:

* 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)

  • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
  • Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
  • Desk and an ergonomic chair
