Job Description

As a Bilingual Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns through live chat
  • Collaborate with the Online Chat Manager to escalate complex issues
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in customer service (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize customer requests
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
