Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting our members with their healthcare plans, benefits, and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to support members with their healthcare needs
  • Providing clear and concise information regarding benefits, claims, and plan details
  • Troubleshooting and resolving member concerns, ensuring a positive experience
  • Documenting interactions and following up on issues as needed
  • Staying up to date on products, services, and processes to provide accurate information
  • Maintaining confidentiality and complying with all healthcare privacy regulations

Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in a call center or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and internet connection for remote work
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
