Key Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with internal departments, producers, and brokers to provide application support and resolve issues
• Determining the root cause of problems and offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed
• Handling inbound, outbound, or a combination of both customer service calls
• Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our systems

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong customer service skills, including oral and written communication
• Some experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to complete assignments in a timely manner
• Demonstrated commitment to team and departmental goals
• Ability to make informed decisions and achieve the appropriate results
• Excellent data entry skills and experience with Outlook and Teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

• Property and Casualty experience
• Ability to work any shift between 8am and 6pm EST, M-F, based on business need
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
