Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping to drive sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with sales and customer service metrics and analytics
