Key Responsibilities:

* Process and enter data accurately and efficiently into various software systems, including our ERP and CRM platforms

• Ensure data quality and integrity by verifying and correcting errors
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our financial processes and systems, including accounting and reporting procedures
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
• Analyze and report on data trends and insights to inform business decisions
• Participate in process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols

About You:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting
