Job Summary

As a Full Stack Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business problems, develop data-driven solutions, and implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data science
• Participate in the development and implementation of arenaflex's business strategy and goals

As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with this team to analyze complex business problems, develop data-driven solutions, and implement process improvements.

• Promoting Strategy and Assessment: Our Promoting Strategy and Assessment team drives marketing and advertising efforts for arenaflex on various digital platforms. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with this team to analyze marketing data, develop data-driven insights, and implement process improvements to drive business growth.
• Errands: arenaflex's Errands team is responsible for improving the customer experience through the development of a comprehensive logistics and supply chain management system. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with this team to analyze logistics data, develop data-driven insights, and implement process improvements to drive business growth.

What You'll Need

* Strong consultative skills: ability to work effectively and persuasively with a diverse group of stakeholders

• Strong business acumen: ability to understand how various parts of the business interact; can identify and address issues from a customer or supplier perspective
• Fantastic analytical and quantitative skills: able to work with and integrate large datasets into critical business decisions; open to using data programming to lead analyses and develop insights
• Excellent decision-making and execution skills: ability to make informed decisions, reprioritize tasks, and achieve results even with uncertainty
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with any programming language is a plus, including motivation to learn and develop new skills (Google BigQuery/SQL, R, Python)
• Long-term advanced degree obtained by Winter 2023 or Summer 2024
