Your Role as a Remote Live Chat Specialist

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage live chat communications on businesses' websites and social media platforms using industry-leading tools like Facebook Messenger. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information on products and services, and offering discounts to resolve issues and build trust.
