Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in our remote chat support team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. You'll also provide information about our services and products, help customers book and manage their travel itineraries, and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent

- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
