Key Responsibilities:

  • Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor, who will provide guidance and support to help you succeed

Requirements:

* Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining high-paced call volume, demonstrating exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day, requiring adaptability and self-motivation
  • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex interactions
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers, requiring strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Can sit for long periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and well-being
