Job Summary
As a Live Chat Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions on our website. You'll engage with customers, answer their questions, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
- Assist customers in navigating our website, online banking platform, and other digital services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team for resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations for process enhancements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date on our products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries

Requirements
* Confident and personable demeanor to effectively engage with customers in a live chat environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly assess customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions
- Excellent presentation skills to clearly communicate information to customers in a virtual setting
- Adaptable to changing customer needs and able to multitask effectively during busy periods
- No prior experience required - entry-level position with training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be eligible to work in the US
