Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving success by processing exchange buy and sell transactions, recognizing and addressing breaks between arenaflex and our fund business or transfer representatives. You'll also be responsible for handling Corporate Activity Events, settling and reconciling move activity, and processing and reconciling returns activity. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, and we're looking for someone who's eager to learn and grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles and recognize/address breaks between arenaflex and the fund business or transfer representatives

• Handle Corporate Activity Events, settle/reconcile move activity, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Perform research of complex/escalated concerns and test/validation of new innovation improvements and provider modifications
• Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
• Analyze and refine client purchases in a perfect manner to avoid account attrition, client dissatisfaction, and/or liability for arenaflex
• Communicate primarily with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
• Work directly with TD Ameritrade Cleaning in our daily connections with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other outside business partners

Tasks Analysis

* Customer review of membership deals or transactions requires

• Client/Advisor level exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Settlement of Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks
• Reconciliation around BOS and Fund Companies
• Evaluation and analysis of applicable income tax code and corrections of income tax coding

Trouble Resolving

* Internal/External body enhancements or concerns

• Origin of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
• Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control
• Remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency
• Customer or Organization Companion Service
• Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
• Providing act on Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns
• Timely and correct conclusion of client investing and returns requests

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with Salesforce and TD Ameritrade a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Experience with reconciliation and settlement processes
• Knowledge of regulatory commitments and income tax coding
• Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and Salesforce systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
