The Role

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product listings across our Amazon platform. You'll work closely with our team to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales, and conduct regular quality checks to maintain high data integrity. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that our data entry processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter product details, pricing, and inventory information accurately into the Amazon system

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all product listings
• Collaborate with team members to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high data integrity
• Communicate effectively with other departments to gather necessary information
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers

Qualifications

* Proven experience in data entry or a similar role (at least 2 years)

• Familiarity with Amazon's seller platform is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and product listing best practices
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
