Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Georgia, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and policies
  • Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
  • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Recording and documenting customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum of 1-year customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and internet navigation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)

  • Experience in the airline or travel industry (a plus but not mandatory)
