As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You'll have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process, and you'll be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 plus WPM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

Schedule
