Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our arenaflex Store team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage, and document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
