Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex customer problems

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

Experience Requirements:

+ 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred) + Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection + High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes + Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary + Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
