Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Running the register and handling cash transactions
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

Standing and Walking:

You're able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to move quickly and efficiently around the store.

Lifting and Carrying:

You're able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, with the ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.

Pushing and Pulling:

You're able to push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with the ability to bend at the waist with some twisting.

Grasping and Manipulating:

You're able to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with the ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
