Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer transactions, including rentals, returns, and loyalty program interactions
- Process customer information, including data entry and verification
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and resolve customer issues
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
* Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
