Role Overview
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Colibri Real Estate Support Team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, while leveraging your technical skills and expertise to drive first call resolution. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
- Handling a broad range of customer service call types, such as processing extensions of expired products, enrolling customers in coursework, and assisting customers as they navigate our website
- Providing technical support and fast-paced critical thinking to anticipate our customer's current and future needs
- Building relationships with customers and personalizing your communication to meet their unique needs
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and leveraging your knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, while leveraging your technical skills and expertise to drive first call resolution
- Handle a broad range of customer service call types, including processing extensions of expired products, enrolling customers in coursework, and assisting customers as they navigate our website

What You'll Need to Succeed
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- 1 year of call center support experience preferred
- 1 year of technical support experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, and comfortable using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
- Positive, friendly, and approachable personality
- Ability to handle obstacles with grace, accuracy, and urgency
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently
