The Role

As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor alarm signals, dispatch emergency services as needed, and provide exceptional customer service during critical situations. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and potential for career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner

  • Dispatch emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as required
  • Provide world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring their safety and security
  • Notify customers of non-emergency signals and provide them with necessary information
  • Notify account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch, ensuring seamless communication
  • Receive and process inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Collaborate with emergency responders and customers to resolve issues and ensure a smooth resolution

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
  • One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required

Nice-to-Haves

* Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour)

  • Experience in a high-stress environment, such as emergency services or customer-facing roles
