Job Description:

As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in leading our team of engineers and driving innovation in the development of our web and cloud applications. You'll be responsible for making key decisions that impact a broad range of cross-functional partners, while remaining technically hands-on and working closely with code, technical details, and data.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of engineers and make key decisions that impact cross-functional partners

• Contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments
• Discuss bugs and technical challenges in-depth and represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings
• Collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML, while also engaging with external customers
• Help define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects
• Create a multi-year roadmap and lead the design and execution phases of software development

Minimum Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of operating systems fundamentals and mobile device support constraints
