Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer listening team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our customer experience strategy. With a focus on data analysis, process improvement, and innovative solutions, you'll work closely with our product and process owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs
- Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
- Analyze and provide insights on large data sets and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
- Provide pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
Essential Qualifications
* Hands-on experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data analysis, process improvement, and innovative solutions
- Strong understanding of data model architecture and statistical processing
- Familiarity with transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
