Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Financial Planning Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and developing financial planning applications, as well as serving as an internal advisor to stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create/generate suitable solutions. This is a part-time, remote role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere and earn a competitive hourly rate of $26.

Key Responsibilities

* Uphold the Hyperion planning application, consistently, for forecast and actual financials

• Approve the data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators
• Explore and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
• Maintain framework upkeep; keep up with client consents
• Maintain clients with framework issues, existing reports, forms, and models
• Assist with preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
• Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion
• Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinate progressive system changes with Regulators and GL organization
• Communicate with work groups to determine reporting business requirements; propose and present effective solutions
• Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisions

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or equivalent experience/training

• 2 years of work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, as well as financial modeling and analysis
• Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and multi-dimensional and social database structures
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues
• Ability to issue, modify, and analyze data
• Meticulous with focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Detailing, Essbase, Planning)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
