Job Summary
As a Data Operations Analytics Engineering Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by designing, implementing, and maintaining data ingestion and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement data ingestion solutions to drive business insights and decision-making
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and governance strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution improvement and flexibility of data plans and design strategies
- Ensure that the design stage fully supports the needs of the broader analytics engineering team
- Support cross-functional team collaboration on data projects
- Manage external relationships on behalf of data projects
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to inform business decisions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering in a private, public, government, or military setting
- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, statistical analysis, and data visualization
- Experience with coordination tools like IICS, Wind current, Oozie, or DBt for workflow management
- Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing systems
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work with large and complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and partners
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or SQL
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
