Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and communication will be essential in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform advanced data analysis using a range of tools and techniques, including SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software

• Develop and maintain complex data models, including data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes
• Design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field

• Experience with a range of data tools and technologies, including SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Strong expertise in data governance, data quality, and data security
• Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
