REMOTE Class Action CSR
Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a REMOTE Class Action CSR to join their team. As a REMOTE Class Action CSR, you will be part of the customer support department, assisting clients with high-volume inquiries and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: REMOTE Class Action CSR Location: St Paul, MN Pay Range: $21 Shift: 9AM EST until 8PM EST (8-hour shifts) What's the Job?
- Provide high-quality customer service support via phone and written communication
- Assist clients with inquiries related to class action legal cases
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions
- Handle high-volume call center tasks efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution
What's Needed?
- Perfect English skills, both written and spoken
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work during scheduled hours from 9AM to 8PM EST
- Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
